Job summary

Riot Platforms seeks a Technical Program Manager for Standards and Governance, based in Rockdale or Austin with relocation support. You will own governance lifecycle, drive root cause analysis actions, and coordinate SOC/ISO audit readiness while aligning with operations across sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program/ governance roles and 8+ years in mission-critical environments such as data centers, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management, governance, quality, compliance, or operations.
• 8+ years experience in mission critical environments such as data centers, manufacturing, or audited facilities.
• Experience coordinating audits or compliance programs (SOC, ISO, or comparable).
• Experience running or supporting root cause analysis and corrective action programs.
• Strong document and records management discipline with high accuracy and detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to coordinate stakeholders across technical and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM, ticketing, or document management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Governance document lifecycle management across policies, standards, processes, and forms.
• Coordinate RCA program end to end with ownership, due dates, and status checks.
• Coordinate SOC & ISO audits and assemble evidence for readiness.
• Cross-functional program management across Operations Readiness, IT/OT, EHS, and site operations.
