Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
• Master's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field preferred.
• 15 years of experience in product design or UX (preferred).
• 7 years of experience in a complex, cross-functional organization (preferred).
• 6 years of experience leading design projects (preferred).
• 5 years of experience working with executive leaders (preferred).
• Demonstrated track record of translating ambiguous technologies into intuitive user products through end-to-end design leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product development, design architecture, and UX vision for incubations, influencing executive leadership to secure alignment and investment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research leadership to translate frontier technologies into compelling, user-centered product definitions.
• Own holistic design processes, interaction models, and information architectures, leading rapid prototyping and user testing to validate hypotheses and shape roadmaps.
• Establish and scale design principles, design patterns, and quality standards across complex problem spaces and incubation teams.
• Mentor and provide creative and strategic direction to designers and cross-functional partners across the organization.
