You will build reusable analytics tools, dashboards, and pipelines, translate complex analyses into business recommendations, and communicate findings to executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (Python, R, SQL).
• 8 years of work experience with a Master's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Growth and funnel analysis across Labs products.
• Quality evaluation and metric development for auto‑raters and eval sets.
• Top-line metrics development and user insights.
• Develop scalable analytical tools like dashboards and pipelines.
• Communicate actionable results to product teams to influence direction.
