The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, 3+ years of traffic experience, and proficiency with SYNCHRO/HCS, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Langan is seeking a Senior Staff Traffic Engineer to join its collaborative team in Milwaukee, WI. This individual will serve a key function in performing traffic & parking studies, transportation planning studies, traffic event management studies, and traffic signal/roadway design projects. Working as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, the engineer will work on projects across many market sectors, including professional and collegiate sports, healthcare, higher education, distribution, K‑12, commercial, office, retail, mixed‑use, and more.
