Dexcom Inc. in San Diego invites a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Sensor Technology (STPM) to bridge IVST and R&D Product Development.

You will lead the Sensor Tech workstream, manage integrated schedules, and drive 21 CFR 820 Design Controls compliance to deliver next‑generation biosensing technology. This role requires deep medical device development experience, strong cross‑functional leadership, and proven program management in waterfall or hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in medical device development under 21 CFR 820.
• Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization and cross-functional teams.
• Experience bridging IVST with R&D Product Development.
• Experience managing regulatory and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sensor Tech workstream within R&D programs.
• Own integrated program timeline and WBS.
• Drive 21 CFR 820 Design Controls compliance.
• Budget, resource, and risk management for the workstream.
• Coordinate build/test planning and DHF documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
