Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM required; extensive defense program experience preferred.
• Experience with MBSE, SysML/UAF, and model-based design tools advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Significant defense contractor experience across EMD/LRIP/ops & sustainment.
• Experience leading architecture across software, hardware, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity domains.

Responsabilités

• Capture and decompose system-of-systems architectures from CONOPS to guide integrated teams.
• Lead cross-project technical alignment and define common architecture patterns and interfaces.
• Develop architecture artifacts (block diagrams, data flows) using MBSE and open standards.
• Ensure cyber-resilience, performance, and interoperability across software, hardware, and cloud domains.
• Champion Agile/SAFe practices and align architecture with modernization roadmaps.
• Present architecture options, trade studies, and technical decision packages to the customer.
• Guide implementation across software, hardware, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity domains.
