You will shape strategy, mentor engineers, and serve as a trusted technical authority to drive scalable architecture and secure, high-quality systems.

Collaborate with product leadership to align technical direction with organizational goals and faith-driven mission, while influencing senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of related work experience.
• Previous experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent level.
• Track record of leading large, cross-team technical initiatives.
• Ability to influence technical direction beyond a single team or domain.
