Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering reliable, scalable software in production.
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern CI/CD tooling, including Kubernetes, ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design; excellent debugging and analytical skills.
• Clear communication for deriving requirements, scoping problems, and documenting system designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, delivery, and testing of large-scale, compliant software systems aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate undefined problem spaces into concrete technical plans, timelines, and execution paths.
• Drive improvements in tooling, docs, and workflows to reduce root-cause defects and boost productivity.
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions to scale capabilities across teams.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional groups to define robust requirements and set clear roadblocks and direction.
