Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
• 6 years of experience in programming and design; experience with large-scale software, architecture, debugging, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers to align goals and timelines.
• Develop mid-term technical roadmaps and manage priorities for infrastructure needs.
• Design, test, and deploy large-scale software solutions with high-quality code.
• Review code and implementation practices to improve style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
• Guide system design decisions, define success metrics, automate processes, and triage system issues for resolution.
