Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for new product features and user experiences on the Google Drive frontend across web and mobile platforms.
• Lead the design and architecture of user‑facing features. Set technical standards, review feature designs, and ensure the high quality and rapid delivery of the team's product output.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of technical excellence and fast‑paced innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and cross‑functional teams to shape the product roadmap and translate user needs into technical solutions.

US Salary Range

$262,000 - $364,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
