Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Manage of a team of ICs on Drive who work on full stack intelligence feature development across Web and Mobile.
• Manage execution against quarterly planning goals, de-risking projects, helping the team to deliver.
• Grow and mentor reports, creating a culture of growth and psychological safety in your teams.
• Contribute to strategic direction for the organization, working closely with PM on defining product direction, and working closely with UX on refining features.
• Streamline feature development and launch processes.
