Own ambiguous engineering problems from design through production operation, building reliable, scalable AI-powered products and systems across the stack, with a strong backend focus. Guide technical direction, contribute to product decisions, collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams, and mentor engineers while improving shared tools and practices.

Requirements: Candidates need at least 8 years of experience shipping and operating production software, strong full-stack fundamentals with backend depth, and hands-on production experience with LLMs or agentic systems and AI coding tools. They should demonstrate end-to-end ownership, sound product judgment, clear communication, and, for Staff candidates, a record of leading complex cross-team technical work.
