Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a senior software leader to shape product opportunities into technical direction and coordinate AI agents with human judgment. You will own features from specification through production, including verification, security, reliability, monitoring, cross-functional alignment, and mentoring engineers.

Requires 5+ years of experience shipping customer-facing production software and a track record using AI coding agents.

Qualifications

• Strong in architecture, context engineering, agent specifications and workflows, security, testing, and production operations.
