They're small, early, and moving fast. The product works, the demand is there, and now it's about building the team and the systems to meet it

They're hiring a staff-level engineer to be one of their earliest and most senior hires. This person will own core architecture and technical direction, make the foundational calls, and set the engineering bar as they scale.
