Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and owning architecture for complex, mission critical distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in modern backend/web technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Rails, .NET, APIs, cloud platforms).
• Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers and influencing engineering best practices.

Responsibilities
