Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering or technical leadership.
- Proven track record architecting and delivering large-scale software in enterprise environments.
- Able to influence technical direction within a team, with or without formal authority.
- Experience leading modernization and integration programs from concept to delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who translates business objectives into technical solutions.
- Mentors and elevates the capabilities of team members.
Responsibilities
- Champion the organization's architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Serve as technical lead for one or more products on architectural and development decisions.
- Establish architectural principles, patterns, and decision frameworks.
- Communicate complex solutions clearly to engineers, product owners, and leaders.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, cost-effective enterprise software.
- Build integrations to transform data across systems.
- Lead IaC adoption and modernization initiatives.
- Contribute to hands-on development and remove blockers as part of the team.
- Drive initiatives to improve software maturity, operations, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for automation and simplification to increase velocity.
- Ensure code quality through reviews and testing (unit/integration).
- Monitor software to meet SLAs and coordinate delivery readiness.
