12+ years of software engineering experience with staff-plus level leadership.
Hands-on blockchain protocol experience at node or protocol level.
Proven track record leading large, multi-team architectural initiatives.

Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Define and drive multi-quarter technical strategy for Blockchain Platform.
Architect and evolve core platform infrastructure for global scale.
Lead end-to-end design of cross-team architectural initiatives.
Set engineering standards for correctness, security, reliability, and observability.
Own data-driven reliability improvements using observability signals.
