Databricks in San Francisco seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for Reliability to lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of reliability initiatives across infrastructure and product engineering teams.

You will own end-to-end programs across multi-cloud platforms, shape technical direction, manage risks, and align cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, fault-tolerant systems that reduce incidents.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering large-scale technical programs in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems or SRE.
Experience with two or more hyperscale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven success leading reliability programs at scale (availability, incident reduction).
Strong understanding of infrastructure, distributed systems, and engineering best practices.
Ability to partner with senior leadership to set strategy and drive multi-team initiatives.

Responsabilités

Lead reliability strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps with senior engineering leaders.
Own end-to-end program execution: planning, risk mgmt, dependencies, milestones, reporting.
Identify gaps and drive organizational or technical improvements with TLs.
Influence design and prioritization decisions across cross-functional teams.
Elevate reliability culture with governance, metrics, and incident preparedness.
