Job summary

Anduril Industries is leading the way in defense technology, delivering autonomous radar and sensing capabilities integrated with Lattice OS. The Radar team develops state‑of‑the‑art airborne radars for air‑to‑air surveillance, threat detection, and intelligence gathering across platforms.

You will contribute to architecture, algorithms, and real‑time processing in mission‑critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in staff or principal-level leadership for airborne radar systems.
• Deep expertise in airborne radar systems engineering, mode development, and software architecture.
• End-to-end radar systems experience spanning hardware, software, and deployment.
• Experience working with operational customers and translating needs into requirements.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems architecture and mode development for airborne radar across platforms.
• Develop radar processing algorithms with DSP, waveform design, and protection techniques.
• Drive end-to-end radar system design from concept to deployment.
• Refine airborne RF sensing modes including SAR, ISAR, GMTI, and air-to-air tracking.
• Engage with government customers to translate mission requirements into solutions.
• Mentor team members in radar theory, systems engineering, and best practices.
