CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Senior / Staff Python Engineer to join a rapidly growing SaaS company building AI-driven platforms. You will combine hands-on coding with technical leadership and mentor engineers to shape scalable systems.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver secure, reliable, and performant features while fostering innovation and engineering excellence. This fully remote role is US-based and offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and modern frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with messaging and asynchronous systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Experience implementing testing frameworks, code coverage, and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation & Perks
