Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and data science.

Responsibilities

Develop an AI-forward product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Survey AI/ML landscape and identify next waves of accounting innovations; translate signals into bets.
Translate strategy into an actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Lead a cross-functional team to build agentic experiences that automate accounting end-to-end.
Define how the Accounting Agent reasons and improves over time with guardrails and trust mechanisms.
Prioritize backlogs and drive dependent work across teams.
Collaborate with multiple business units to align plans and escalate when needed.
Design experiments and evals, including AI-specific tests and offline/online assessments.
