Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Staff IC to own architecture for cross-org infrastructure initiatives and lead Istio deployment for a multi-region, resilient system. The role includes shaping the AI-enriched service catalog and guiding platform investments.

The candidate will drive execution across engineering teams, remove systemic blockers, and define testing infrastructure metrics to prove impact. A seasoned technologist with strong leadership is essential.
