Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of current RN clinical experience
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in area of specialty
• Registered Professional Nurse License (GA) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess health status, set goals, and develop the care plan.
• Document patient data, actions, interventions, and responses per policy.
• Assist with procedures and monitor patient responses before, during, and after procedures.
• Lead the nursing response to medical emergencies and coordinate with the health care team.
• Provide patient education and health teaching, and follow up with patients as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and staff training.
