Webflow, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Scientist to advance computer vision, multimodal understanding, and visual generation.

You’ll lead ambitious research, develop novel models, and translate findings into product-ready improvements in a remote-first setup across the United States and Canada. The role reports to the Director of Engineering, with an emphasis on building scalable foundation models and mentoring teams.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in industry/research in computer vision or multimodal ML.
• Strong experience with transformers, diffusion models, contrastive learning, and foundation models.
• Proficiency in Python and modern DL frameworks (PyTorch and TensorFlow).

• Lead research initiatives advancing CV, multimodal understanding, and visual generation.
• Develop models and training methods for vision and multimodal tasks.
• Translate research into product improvements guiding direction.
• Design and optimize large-scale vision and multimodal models across datasets and tasks.
