InvenSense, a TDK group company, is seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer for Foundry Process Technology within the Core Technology Team. This individual contributor will optimize MEMS processes with foundry partners from development to mass production and support process changes and risk assessment.

The role requires strong background in MEMS processing, process integration, DOE/SPC, and leading teams, with willingness to travel. Masters degree (PhD preferred) in related fields is requested.

Formación

• Education: Masters (PhD preferred) in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Broad experience with semiconductor and MEMS processing in fab and fabless settings
• Experience with foundry process integration and process development
• Experience with Process Module development
• Experience with SPC/DOE and multivariate data modeling
• Strong background in Six Sigma master black belt preferred
• Track record of developing emerging technologies and releasing to production
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Willing to travel and have good communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Optimize and develop MEMS processes for new products with foundry partners from development to mass production
• Collaborate with foundry partners to develop MEMS process technology and release to manufacturing
• Drive process improvements for inline/offline/PCM/CP data
• Address FT yield loss and validation issues during process line development
• Support risk assessment for process changes
