Atomica, a U.S.-based MEMS microfabrication foundry in Goleta, seeks a senior Process Control Engineer to own and optimize production lines. You will apply SPC, metrology, and data analysis with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and safety on MEMS devices and AI inspection processes.

You will work with the VP of operations and process control leadership to align lot movement and manufacturing targets, contribute to technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering with relevant field; PhD preferred.
• Hands-on semiconductor fabrication experience and metrology/etch/films.
• Strong data analysis and SPC knowledge; Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own one production line and oversee wafer fabrication processes.
• Analyze process performance using data to improve efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure quality control and meeting targets.
