VSCO is seeking a Staff Engineer for iOS who will be in the trenches writing code while guiding the team on architectural decisions. You will design scalable, maintainable mobile features and mentor engineers to raise code quality and embrace AI-assisted development.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to ship high-quality iOS and cross-platform work, ensuring scalable mobile experiences across devices with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development in Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end from prototype to rollout.
• Experience shipping mobile consumer apps at scale.
• Collaborative work with iOS, Android, server and web teams.
• Mentor engineers and improve code quality across teams.
• Familiar with feature flags, release management and observability tools.
