Job summary

Think Consulting seeks an experienced hardware design engineer to lead the development of satellite modem hardware in the Greater Phoenix area. You will own the full board lifecycle, from component selection through schematic and layout, to lab bring-up and validation.

You will work closely with teammates and engineering leadership, becoming a technical reference for junior engineers and across the cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of hardware design experience.
• Strong background designing communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for next generation satellite modems.
• Oversee full board lifecycle from component choice to schematic/layout.
• Perform SI/PI analysis and bring-up in lab; validate designs.
• Collaborate with engineering management and peers; mentor less experienced engineers.
