Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Staff Full-stack Engineer (Senior Director IC) for Customer Resiliency to help shape cloud-native platforms and drive performance, scalability, and reliability across Card Tech+. You will lead technically, influence architecture, and contribute code while mentoring peers.

You will partner with architecture leaders to define standards, advance microservice adoption, and mentor engineers across divisions to deliver-impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 9+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture patterns.
• Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Data architecture experience.
