Position Overview: An early-stage, open-source platform focused on improving large model (LLM) applications is seeking a Senior/Staff Front-End Engineer. As a founding member of the technical team, you will lead the development of user-facing tools that make it easier for developers to visualize, control, and optimize LLM behavior and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build an open-source UI/console that ties together inference, experimentation, and optimization tools.
• Lead front-end initiatives with a focus on developer delight and usability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product, technical, and user experience alignment.
• Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate data and observability metrics into front-end components.
• Participate in in-person collaboration five days a week at the New York office.
• Contribute across the stack over time, with opportunities to expand into infrastructure or machine learning areas.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale front-end projects.
• Expertise in React, web fundamentals, and front-end architecture.
• Strong product thinking and passion for UI/UX.
• Experience with Remix and TailwindCSS is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow beyond front-end scope.
