As a Policy leader, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk Operations, Data Science, and Compliance teams to design end-to-end money experience and risk strategies to meet the evolving needs of mid-market businesses. What you'll bring

• Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability, with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in fraud analysis, prevention, and detection. Preferred experience with Fintech.
• Working knowledge of risk controls, including fraud detection, loss forecasting, and disputes/collections.
• Experience using data-driven insights to solve business problems. Proficiency in Python, SQL, data visualization tools; familiarity with big data technologies like Hive, Hadoop is preferred.
• Excellent partnership and communication skills, capable of interacting cross-functionally and articulating complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to influence decision-makers and build consensus.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

How you will lead

• Design and build holistic risk experiences that meet the unique needs of mid-market customers at every stage of their business lifecycle.
• Own risk-related inquiries from mid-market customers, providing expert advice and resolution strategies.
• Focus on customer needs, bringing innovative risk strategies to enable growth, maximize profitability, and enhance trust.
• Utilize advanced analytics to develop and improve fraud detection strategies, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
