You will lead a 100+ engineer team across multiple directors, drive the technical agenda for foundational platforms, and deliver real-time credit decisioning and offers leveraging GenAI and data-driven experimentation.

You will mentor talent, help recruit, and partner with product management to set ambitious roadmaps. Hands-on coding and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 9+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• 9+ years in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
• 9+ years in Javascript/TypeScript and SPA frameworks.
