Job Description

Lead Engineer

• Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET.
• SQL Server based T-SQL development experience.
• Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality
• Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework and DotNetCore.
• Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining.
• Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
• On-call support.
• Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge and working experience on Agile.
• Customer Focused.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Must have Skills: SQL Server, C# (Strong).

Nice to have: AWS knowledge (EC2, ALB, API Gateway, Logging Interpretation), NewRelic,VB.Net.
