A nationally recognized technology company in the logistics and compliance space is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to join a core team driving major platform modernization. With over 20 years of industry experience and a shift toward distributed architecture, they are investing heavily in scalable solutions that support real-time operations across the U.S.

Salary: $135–150K + Benefits
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)

What You'll Do:

• Design and build .NET Core APIs within a cloud-first, service-oriented ecosystem
• Architect event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus or similar technologies
• Guide the transition from monolith to microservices while applying modern design principles
• Contribute to technical strategy and mentor peers as a key engineering voice
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, mission-critical applications

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building scalable .NET Core applications
• Azure experience (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of DDD, SOA, or event-driven architecture patterns
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or MassTransit
• Background in CQRS, event sourcing, or distributed messaging
• Familiarity with actor model tools (e.g., Microsoft Orleans)
