Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Robotics, Control, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or robotics.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ with solid understanding of software engineering design principles.
• Proven track record of delivering ADAS/AD features through the full production lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with embedded platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Xavier/Orin, Infineon Aurix).
• Leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Support the auto-parking and low-speed autonomy stack.
• Develop trajectory optimization, path smoothing, and local planning algorithms.
• Refactor and scale the planning stack for maintainability and extensibility.
• Investigate and resolve real-world issues using simulations and vehicle logs.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to next-gen planning initiatives.
