Qualifications
- MS/PhD in robotics, control, EE or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience in autonomous driving, ADAS, or robotics.
- Strong programming in C/C++ with software engineering practices.
- Proven track record delivering ADAS/AD features through full production lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with embedded platforms (NVIDIA Xavier/Orin, Infineon Aurix).
- Ability to build reliable production-grade systems and lead teams.
Responsibilities
- Support auto-parking and low-speed autonomy stack, focusing on trajectory optimization and local planning.
- Refactor and scale planning stack architecture for maintainability and extensibility.
- Optimize CPU usage and explore parallel/GPU acceleration opportunities.
- Investigate and resolve real-world issues in trajectories and control.
- Collaborate across teams, document technical insights, and track work via Jira.
