Job summary

Blitzy in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to lead the evaluation and development of their AI software platform. This role involves selecting open source projects to test platform limits, assessing engineering candidates and contributing directly to the product roadmap based on empirical feedback.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, as well as a passion for pushing the boundaries of autonomous software development.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python as the primary language.
• Proficient in microservices and REST/gRPC architectures.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes for debugging production issues.
• Familiarity with Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with LLM validation loops and testing.
• Experience in designing large-scale enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze platform capabilities and failures.
