Job summary

EvolutionIQ in the United States is seeking a Senior Staff or Principal Software Engineer who will serve as a high-leverage force multiplier across the organization. You will drive the technical vision for our agentic products and ensure the roadmap supports product goals while raising engineering rigor across the 100+ person team.

• Architect the Agentic Future by leading transitions to event-driven, scalable systems for millions of documents.
• Bridge the Platform-Product divide by enabling generalized, high-utility tools for Product Engineers.
• Accelerate the SDLC using first principles and AI tools to sustain high throughput from testing to deployment.
• Drive organizational influence by partnering with CTO and EVP to align technical strategy with business outcomes.
• Provide pragmatic implementation with options and trade-offs to move ideas from concept to startup-ready progress.
