Qualifications

• 12+ years software engineering experience, distributed systems or security platforms.
• 5+ years implementing enterprise identity/authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, SPIFFE, or mTLS).
• 4+ years experience with containerization (Docker, containerd, or Kubernetes) and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 3+ years of security engineering principles, including threat modeling or security architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable identity and access management frameworks for AI agents.
• Deliver developer tooling, APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns across teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Security, AI Platform, Product, and Cloud Operations teams.
• Lead technical excellence: set architecture direction, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Deliver production MVPs and iterate them into scalable services.
