Job summary
DSJ Global is assisting a leading, employee-owned manufacturing company in West Lebanon, NH to hire a Senior Staff Controls Engineer, Test and Automation. The role focuses on designing and deploying advanced automated systems, integrating PLCs, robotics, sensors, and software to enhance production efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in controls automation.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, Fanuc, Epson, UR robots, and vision systems.
- Experience with laser/plasma cutting.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and mistake-proofing principles.
Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing advanced automation systems by integrating PLCs, motion control devices, robotics, sensors, vision systems, and manufacturing software
- Leading the development of electrical controls for custom assembly and test equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation across global manufacturing facilities
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing improvements, while mentoring engineers and fostering innovation and continuous learning
