Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend and distributed-systems experience in production.
• Ability to lead org-wide frameworks and coding best practices.
• Experience anticipating architectural problems a year ahead and addressing them with leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale engineering projects end-to-end.
• Experience defining testing, monitoring, and incident-management standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of highly available, resilient, and cost-efficient distributed systems with sub-50ms latency.
• Architect systems handling 1M+ requests per second with 99.99% availability.
• Drive strategy for platform evolution, microservices, and API design.
