This Senior Staff Attorney position is an in-house, remote role handling Tort/Liability defense and Workers’ Compensation matters. It requires extensive experience and strong knowledge of Pennsylvania civil litigation, including handling cases at the Common Pleas level through appellate courts, and workers’ compensation cases at various levels such as the judicial level, PA Appeal Board, and Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

This remote position is based in Western Pennsylvania but requires travel within the state, especially around Western Pennsylvania. Reliable high-speed internet is necessary, with specific technical requirements outlined.
The annualized base pay range is $128,000 - $192,000, depending on experience and performance. Compensation may include bonuses and incentives.
