Qualifications

• Active Texas Law License and in good standing with State Bar of Texas.
• 8+ years of legal practice experience required.
• Strong civil litigation background with courtroom advocacy and trial experience.
• Experience drafting discovery materials; deposition handling; and client communications.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet 160 billable hours per month.
