Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, litigate in court and at administrative hearings.
• Provide legal research and advice to CHFS employees.
• Draft correspondence and communicate with authorized parties regarding findings or resolutions of complaints.
• Assist with open records requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
