Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review investigative case summaries and exhibits for sufficient evidence.
• Attend and advise the case review panel.
• Draft formal legal documents.
• Litigate formal complaints under KRS Chapter 13B.
• Advise board inspectors on investigative techniques and evidence collection.
• Assist General Counsel and Executive Director in the grievance review process.
