Job summary

Williams & Towe Law Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing Kentucky practice, handling cases statewide and developing litigation skills.

The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor, be licensed in Kentucky, and demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities, with excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgement.
• Litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Preparing reports and case-related documentation.
• Conducting discovery and responding to discovery requests.
• Taking and defending positions.
• Attending court hearings and other court proceedings.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts and other legal professionals.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal analysis.
• Managing assigned cases and assisting with other legal matters as needed.

Seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our growing law firm. The attorney will handle cases throughout the state of Kentucky and will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while developing valuable litigation and legal practice skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
