Ironclad, a leader in contract lifecycle AI, is hiring Staff/Senior Staff Engineers for its Intelligence Platform team in San Francisco. You will own the agentic search architecture that combines LLMs and retrieval, drive eval-driven development, and raise the company's search quality standards while leading cross-functional collaboration with product and ML teams.

• 10+ years building production systems at scale.
• Depth in retrieval or LLM agent systems.
• Experience with search frameworks and relevance tuning.
• Fluency with modern LLM APIs and multi-provider orchestration.
• Experience building eval-driven workflows.
