Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to own the technical strategy and architecture behind the GenAI CodeGen ecosystem—AI coding assistants, PR review agents, and intelligent developer workflows.

You will lead architecture, drive adoption of AI tooling, and build analytics/cost-governance to prove ROI at scale. Expect hands-on coding and mentoring across a global engineering base.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and developing enterprise-scale systems.
• Proven leadership: guiding design discussions and cross-functional teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep experience with AI/LLM frameworks and agentic workflows.
• Strong fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and an OOD language (Java/C#/Go).
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and code review at scale.
• Hands-on coding with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve the platform layer for AI developer tooling.
• Build and integrate analytics, cost-governance, and ROI measurement pipelines.
• Lead and mentor engineers, drive roadmap and multi-quarter initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, TPM, QA/QE to align roadmaps and deliverables.
• Champion Agile/Scrum practices and maintain security hardening.
