Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
• Ownership of cross-cutting agentic systems spanning multiple teams or products.
• Strong fundamentals in backend, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infra.
• Deep experience with agentic AI stacks: planning, tool use, memory, evaluation.
• Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into shipped autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction for agentic AI initiatives and architecture patterns.
• Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems across products.
• Own and evolve shared agentic capabilities: frameworks, memory, tool use, pipelines.
• Lead design reviews and guide teams through tradeoffs of autonomy, safety, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and UX to align on a shared agentic AI vision.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar in agentic AI development.
