Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or 5 years experience in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting concepts, practices and procedures.
• Advanced analytical skills with financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance explanations and supporting schedules.
• Lead analysis and management of financial reserves to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement controls to monitor financial reserves and reduce risk.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
• Analyze data to identify variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with management on cross-functional initiatives and strategic planning.
